The project intends to allow users to access their digital wallets, affordable exchange rates, and the ability to trade crypto assets at lightning speed. The project is based on the BSN ecosystem. Blockchain-based Service Network (BSN) is a cross-cloud infrastructure network used to deploy and operate all types of decentralized applications. It seeks to connect all the private and public blockchains. Moreover, the April project provides various DApps such as April football, where users can predict winners and earn a reward. April FX is another app that seeks to convert fiat currency into a digital one. By April weather, a user can check weather around the world.
APRIL is the native cryptocurrency of the April project. APRIL is a utility token minted on the Binance smart chain. The token is also a governance token, and the holders of the token guide the direction of the April project. The token is also burned to reduce the supply. Burning is when a fraction of tokens is sent to a wallet with no private key. This means the tokens are lost forever. Tokens are usually burnt to reduce availability and increase the market value.
