AI Crypto is an innovative project that combines artificial intelligence and blockchain, intending to change human lives forever. According to the project's website, they are the world's first AI DApps for global public leaders in the AI crypto ecosystem for AI developers, users, and service providers. The mission of the platform is to revolutionize the AI ecosystem with the use of blockchain technology that would serve three primary functions for the AI crypto platform:

This allows the platform to resolve the problems with early cryptocurrencies and artificial intelligence research. These issues highlight cost, proof, value, and other related factors required to create cryptocurrencies and develop artificial intelligence.

In order to support this overall structure of the AI Crypto ecosystem, the project launched its cryptocurrency AIC coins. The AIC coins are the backbone of the AI Crypto project and function on Ethereum-based smart contracts. Further, these coins are distributed among the members of the ecosystem, allowing them to participate on the AI Crypto platform through Ethereum. Simultaneously, the coins are also used to reward participants contributing with their work for the network, along with the provision of earnings for those participants who contribute with storage resources within the ecosystem, Besides, these essential utilities, the coins are also used for verifying transactions and producing blocks within the AI crypto ecosystem, thus fulfilling the organization's vision to create values using and through the available resources. 

AI Crypto was launched in July 2018 and is headed by co-CEOs Jaeho Seol and Sungjae Lee. The organization's whitepaper was released on August 27, 2018. The platform announced its pre-ICO on May 9, 2018, and its public ICO on June 4, 2018. The token of the platform has a total supply of ten billion AIC coins.
