Announcing: Round 2 of CDP Builder Grants ($25K in grants available)
October 9, 2024
At Coinbase Developer Platform (CDP), we’re on a mission to empower a million developers by making it easier to build onchain than it is to build online. We want to see what you can build with the CDP SDK, and we want to help fund the most exciting onchain builders. We’re thrilled to announce round 2 of CDP Builder Grants Program!
Our suggested themes are AI, stablecoin and payments use cases, and smart contract interactions, but if you have an idea outside these suggested themes, feel free to pursue it! We are eager to see what you create.
What is round 2 of CDP Builder Grants?
The CDP Builder Grants Program is five, $5K USD grants ($25K USD total). In addition, the five winners will receive free one-year subscriptions to Replit, an AI-powered software development and deployment platform.
To be eligible for one of these grants, projects must:
Apply for a grant before the deadline on [October 25, 2024]
Build an onchain app using CDP SDK
Join a quick call with the CDP team every couple weeks to share feedback on CDP products and any way we can help
Provide a demo video we can highlight publicly before grants are awarded in November (optionally, code-alongs we can highlight as well!)
That’s it! We don’t want to give you any unnecessary constraints and are excited to see what you will come up with.
How to apply
Grant applications are open here from now until [October 25, 2024] and will be judged based on creativity, utility, and real usage by the CDP team. Grants will be awarded retroactively after the application deadline.
To start building with MPC Wallets and CDP SDK, view our Docs or reach out on Discord with any questions. We can’t wait to see what you’re going to build!
