BOND/BDT: Convert BarnBridge (BOND) to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)

BarnBridge, established in 2019, is a protocol that aims to tokenize risk in the decentralized finance (DeFi) sector. It seeks to enhance the functionality of DeFi by making it more flexible and efficient. By tokenizing market fluctuations and exposure to risks, BarnBridge aims to reduce volatility for conservative investors and increase it for day traders. The platform's primary focus is on dividing cryptocurrency risks into tranches, allowing market participants with different risk profiles to invest in various products or assets. The native token of BarnBridge is BOND, which operates on the Ethereum blockchain.

BarnBridge works by creating tokenized derivatives based on market fluctuations. These derivative tokens are divided into high, medium, and low risk/reward categories, providing a range of investment options for different risk profiles. The platform also supports SMART Alpha Bonds, which can be used to tokenize price risks. These bonds can expose users to large, medium, or low price fluctuations. BOND, the native token of BarnBridge, is used for governance and incentives on the BarnBridge network. It can be stored in any wallet that supports Ethereum, allowing easy access to the token.

BarnBridge has several potential use cases, particularly in the DeFi sector. It aims to enable traditional risk management tools and fixed income instruments on the DeFi market. By tokenizing market fluctuations and exposure to risks, it can make the entry into the crypto industry more personalized and predictable for consumers, potentially attracting a wider audience. BarnBridge was co-founded by Troy Murray and Tyler Ward. Before working on BarnBridge, Murray founded a crypto R&D firm RUDE_labs, exploring the benefits that blockchain can bring to the media since 2012. He has also worked as director of strategy at Breaker and as a supervisor/technical architect at snglsDAO Foundation. Ward, on the other hand, has founded Proof Systems, a digital marketing company focused on the fintech industry. He has also worked with ConsenSys, Earn.com, FOAM, Dether, Grid +, Centrality, Sylo, NEAR Protocol, DARMA Capital, SingularDTV, and snglsDAO. The platform was launched in September 2020 and as of March 2021, it was still in an early stage of launch.
