Announcing: December CDP Builder Grants - AgentKit Edition ($30k in grants available)

The Coinbase Developer Platform (CDP) Builder Grants program is back and bigger than ever. After two previous rounds of high-quality submissions, we are announcing a third round with a focus on surfacing the best builders using AgentKit – CDP’s best-in-class toolkit for building AI Agents.
Our suggested themes are autonomous agents, stablecoin and payments use cases, and smart contract interactions, but if you have an idea outside these suggested themes, feel free to pursue it! We are eager to see what you create. Bonus points if your app is end-user facing instead of at the infrastructure level, and if you add new actions to AgentKit.
What is Round 3 of CDP Builder Grants?
The CDP Builder Grants program is ten, $3k USD grants ($30k total). In addition, anyone who starts building for the grant will receive a free one-month subscription to Replit, an AI-powered software development and deployment platform.
To be eligible for one of these grants, projects must:
Apply for a grant with your project before the deadline on Jan 18, 2024
Build an onchain app using AgentKit and MPC Wallets
Join a quick call with the CDP team every couple weeks to share feedback on CDP products and any way we can help
Provide a demo video we can highlight publicly before grants are awarded in February (optionally, code-alongs we can highlight as well!)
To receive a grant, your project must be in an MVP state by submission time. If you’d like to brainstorm ideas with the team before committing, we’d love to help in our Discord.
That’s it! We don’t want to give you any unnecessary constraints and are excited to see what you will come up with.
How to Apply
Grant applications are open here from now until January 18, 2024 and will be judged based on creativity, utility, and real usage by the CDP team. Grants will be awarded retroactively after the application deadline.
